My first Leaftenant!

3 years ago today this little girls granny sent me this pic of her out watering some phantom planted apple trees that I planted in an estate in East Belfast, she wanted to go out and water them of her own back as we were having a heatwave at the time and she thought they would need some water.

Her granny was telling me she used to play on her trampoline saying do you think the phantom planter will come today as she was really excited to get meeting me then one day she spotted me and she came running over saying I know who you are, me and my granny follow you on Facebook!

Keep doing what your doing is what her granny told me as she said I had a real impact on this little girls mind!

She was my first little child fan that came over to me like this and I couldn't believe it, the phantom planter was not going that long back then and she made my day coming over!

This is exactly why I went phantom, I had a fruit tree planting charity before I was the phantom planter and the hoops I had to jump through just to plant trees cut my enthusiasm like a knife.

I knew the phantom planter would get people thinking and touch the minds of children, we are all rascals at heart and I knew if I made tree planting slightly dodgy then people will want to do it more!

I'm all about doing my bit for nature and the community and the phantom planter challenging everyone to phantom plant trees will have a better effect for nature and the community than any charity could ever achieve, people give 20 quid to a charity go back to the bar and think they've did they're bit!

But when you phantom plant a fruit tree in your local area, you watch it grow, it opens your mind to all sorts of positivity and when you get tasting your first apples from your phantom planted tree you'll bee keen to do more and more!

The phantom planter for me is an entity and I'm just one of them!

This little girl and her granny are great friends still to this day and come and help me out now and again at the phantom planters HQ...
