 Plums getting ripe at the phantom planters HQ!


Can you imagine all our streets and estates filled with fresh fruit like this, all the trees tagged up saying when ready to eat and also a QR code on them giving people recipes on what to do with the fruit and maybe guidelines on replanting and starting to grow the seeds/stones from the fruit, the possibilities are endless!


From I phantom planted my first tree many years ago it has opened up door after door of endless possibilities for me, I really didnt think I was going to be running around with a mask on randomly planting fruit trees all them years ago and to have a page that just passed 107k followers yesterday!


Its been some journey for me, a journey of growth, healing, renewal and purpose!


To live a life of purpose is what we are all missing I believe, what is the purpose of the ratrace? Destruction and consumption at the expense of mother nature, any wonder are heads are fried, deep down our soul knows we are living out of sync and we are masking this with pleasure and self gratification.


Its all a game, the game of life, and wouldn't it be boring if there was nothing to try and work out for yourself....that's what makes it exciting!

  A bit about me and how I became the phantom planter. I grew up in a Loyalist housing estate in Belfast, my father a Protestant and my mother was a Catholic from Ardyone, that had big complications here in Northern Ireland but I always knew I was a mongrel, a bit different! From Spain to Belfast Phantom Planting!

  Phantom planted another apple tree yesterday with my big glaswegian pal who is over visiting! He couldn't believe the size of the orchard now! Last time we planted a tree was years ago in Spain, 2 plum trees we phantom planted out there, sadly they didn't survive but we had great fun doing it in the lashing rain right outside the Buddhist Stupa as you can see in one of the pics, an offering to the Buddha was my intention! I was at the worst of my addictions back then, used to visit this Stupa a lot for spiritual guidance, really found myself out there, spent a lot of time in Spain soul searching, taking advantage of the cheap winter flights and free stay! I had my last ever pint at the airport after praying at this Stupa, the Buddha responded to my offering I believe! Pretty magical really, faith in a higher power guys, that did it for me, there's more to all this life, more to all this all this world! "Those who don't believe in magic will never find it"..
