Another young recruit signed up!

Signed up another new recruit yesterday as we phantom planted an apple tree at an orchard we have in the middle of the estate.

Another young and enthusiastic girl signed up who got stuck right in saying all along how much she was loving doing this, digging the hole, pulling out all the worms so we dont kill any and planting the tree, she done the whole planting herself from start to finish and she said she's going to come back and see her tree everyday, we added a tag saying Sophia's apple tree!

This earned her a mask and a limited edition pink phantom planters T-shirt which afterwards I took Sophia, her mum and granny for a walk down to the phantom planters HQ to pick some apples and Sophia wore her mask and T-shirt with pride the whole way down through the estate!

She had never picked an apple from a tree and eat it before and yesterday I think she ate about 5 in a row, her mum was saying she's never ate as much apples in her life like that!

Sophia's granny was filling up with tears of joy after we phantom planted the tree, I had a great time with you all...

I believe all kids need to phantom plant a fruit tree once in their lives, giving them a connection to nature and a great memory marker for them to come back too for the rest of their lives and eat fruit from their tree and potentially bringing back their own kids and grand kids one day to eat fruit from it also as an apple tree will live for a hundred years!
