Changed Times!

My Big Glaswegian Pal who's been my wheeling and dealing partner from way back in the day is over staying with me, this is probably the only person thats been with me from my dodgy days of the past right up to what I am today   - The Phantom Planter Chanter! 

He was even on the viking boat with me the day I jumped off drunk and found the Buddhist monastery which chnaged my life and led me to where I am now!

My delboy dad loved him and never missed taking him up stuff when he got locked up, although for him it was years added onto his life going to prison he says, good old MOT it was for him is what he told me one time visiting him, he goes in 20 stones and comes out like Linford Christie fit as a fiddle! 

The stories we could tell, we've been up to all sorts....

But he was saying yesterday as I'm answering messages on here about acorns form iconic oak trees that he's never seen me so excited and I'm not even making any money! 

I've got my big pal into a bit of planting and chanting also and he's very fond of hugging old trees now himself but he was saying to me yestersay that over the years now I've always been bringing him to arboretums to see all the old trees that someone planted and left behind for us to look at and can you imagine what this oak grove I'm planting is going to be like in couple of hundred years! 

If you dont yet know what I'm up too with this oak grove read back on my posts, it's one of the most exciting projects I've ever taken on, my soul is on fire thinking that one day I'm going to have all the babies from the UK and Irelands most famous and iconic oak trees all grown in the one spot in the Buddhahood Belfast! 

I cant thank all the paramili-tree A-Corn team enough who have been out checking lots of old trees around the place and sending me details on them, I'm a bit blown away at the response I've got, humbled I am, thank you so much everyone! 

All the trees I've requested to be checked have been checked and videos sent to me of them, what a force for mother nature we are becoming! 

If there is anyone in the Glastonbury area could someone please check the Gog & Magog oaks to see if they have acorns this year and if so send me a message please. If they have acorns I'll send you details on posting them to me and I'll cover all the costs.

The way this is going I'm near certain we can have nearly every famous oak trees babies grown in this oak grove one day! Thats is my dream anyway!!!

  A bit about me and how I became the phantom planter. From Spain to Belfast Phantom Planting!

  Phantom planted another apple tree yesterday with my big glaswegian pal who is over visiting! He couldn't believe the size of the orchard now! Last time we planted a tree was years ago in Spain, 2 plum trees we phantom planted out there, sadly they didn't survive but we had great fun doing it in the lashing rain right outside the Buddhist Stupa as you can see in one of the pics, an offering to the Buddha was my intention! I was at the worst of my addictions back then, used to visit this Stupa a lot for spiritual guidance, really found myself out there, spent a lot of time in Spain soul searching, taking advantage of the cheap winter flights and free stay! I had my last ever pint at the airport after praying at this Stupa, the Buddha responded to my offering I believe! Pretty magical really, faith in a higher power guys, that did it for me, there's more to all this life, more to all this all this world! "Those who don't believe in magic will never find it"..
