A bit about me and how I became the phantom planter. I grew up in a Loyalist housing estate in Belfast, my father a Protestant and my mother was a Catholic from Ardyone, that had big complications here in Northern Ireland but I always knew I was a mongrel, a bit different! My dad was a delboy ( a buyer and seller of everything and anything) and from I could walk he had me a mini Delboy, from selling round the doors to off loading lorry loads of bootlegged cigs and booze straight in from Andorra, he had me street trading and playing part in his delboy tricks to help him sell his dodgy goods! I learned fast how to make money and school for me was my business, I had more money than the teachers, my dad would have stocked my bag up at lunchtimes for me with more of his dodgy goods, perfume, tobacco, clothing, all sorts I had in my bag, even sold some of my goods to the teachers! When I left school I was financially embarrassed for a small time, 1000 pupils to me was 1000 people with a po

Buddha Beds!!!
Good morning guys, most of you have probably seen my disheartened post the other day about me feeling a bit down on the financial side of things to do with the Phantom Planter. I've been trying for so long now to earn a decent living from it to help fuel my passion in what I'm doing. There's nothing more I'd love to be doing than going round phantom planting fruit trees and maintaining them, getting my free fruit tree map app all updated and promoting it also so everyone can have free fresh fruit. I also have plans for my Oak Grove museum and several other community and nature projects I had on my mind. But for the past while I've been spending hours every day doing all sorts of work to do with the phantom planter and It's always been in the back of my head at times, what am I doing?? As most of you know I've been donated a small plot of land and I'm intending on building a cabin on it and I need money to do this. I'm living in a rotted rented cabin
From Spain to Belfast Phantom Planting!
Phantom planted another apple tree yesterday with my big glaswegian pal who is over visiting! He couldn't believe the size of the orchard now! Last time we planted a tree was years ago in Spain, 2 plum trees we phantom planted out there, sadly they didn't survive but we had great fun doing it in the lashing rain right outside the Buddhist Stupa as you can see in one of the pics, an offering to the Buddha was my intention! I was at the worst of my addictions back then, used to visit this Stupa a lot for spiritual guidance, really found myself out there, spent a lot of time in Spain soul searching, taking advantage of the cheap winter flights and free stay! I had my last ever pint at the airport after praying at this Stupa, the Buddha responded to my offering I believe! Pretty magical really, faith in a higher power guys, that did it for me, there's more to all this life, more to all this all this world! "Those who don't believe in magic will never find it"..
