RIP Katie Wilkerson
Was out last night with my South Belfast Paramili-Tree Leaftenant Peter Wach phantom planting an apple tree in memory of Katie Wilkerson who recently just passed away at only 33 years old.
RIP Katie
We phantom planted this apple tree at another orchard in South Belfast we setup many years ago, I think was around 8-9 years ago.
My Delboy dad was the first to plant a pear tree here in memory of my wee mum on the anniversary of her passing.
As me and Peter were planting last night a lady came over asking about how she could get a memorial tree planted for a young man who just passed away that lives close by.
It has to be one of the nicest things to do is to plant a living memorial for past loved ones, and even better when you can go and eat fruit from the tree one day.
As most of you know we are in the process of setting up a massive community/ memorial orchard this winter and we have over 300 native Irish apple trees to be planted up in it.
We are offering people the chance to have a memorial tree planted for they're past loved ones here in our new orchard just outside South Belfast this December.
If this is something you'd like to do please get in touch.
Your tree will be tagged with your loved ones name on it and you can visit it anytime.

I challenge you to phantom plant a tree!
Peace and love...
