Great day for the phantom planters!

What a day we had yesterday out gathering apple tree cuttings from an old orchard.

22 native Irish apple varieties we got in total, see one of the pics for all the names. Some really cool ones in there!

Once we got our cuttings we took them to Jampa Ling and got them blessed by the Rinpoche there ( also known as a Tibetan Lama).

We had lunch there and got a few buddha blessings ourselves!

First thing I noticed though when I drove into Jampa Ling was the old dog Ruffus didnt come to great us. Ruffus sadly passed away a while back. This dog used to meet and greet everyone that went to jampa Ling. What a dog! You'll be really missed.

We gathered hundreds of scions/cuttings yesterday and last night I got them all sealed up and logged and put in the fridge. They'll store like this till the end of march when we start to graft them onto their new rootstocks.

And next year they'll be ready to be phantom planted all around Belfast and beyond, Spreading the Buddha Blessings and rare native Irish apples like you've never tasted before all around the place for all to enjoy!

If you'd like to support our work you can do on the link below and if not please do plant a tree. The world needs more positive vibrations like never before.
