Look after your trees in this heat.

 If you've phantom planted any potted grown trees in the past couple of years or so it might be a good idea to give them a water in this dry warm weather we are getting. 

I was out yesterday mulching some of last years phantom planted potted fruit trees. 

A layer of woodchip mulch will help keep moisture in your trees. Its also really good for breaking down and feeding the tree. 


Bare root trees planted don't tend to need the same attention for watering as potted trees. 

In potted trees the roots have been used to growing in a pot and can sometimes take more time to penetrate into the ground in search for water. 

Where as bare root trees the roots go straight into the ground making them easier to find water. 

I've seen newly planted bare root  trees survive some of the best heat waves we've ever had. 


We have about 15 phantom planted fruit trees at this part of the estate. Mixed apple and plum. They are all doing so well. Lots of the neighbours come out and interact with the trees. 


All our streets and estates need to be filled with fruit trees for everyone to enjoy.

For the past 10 years I've been making this happen in my part of the world here in Belfast.


I don't ask permission to plant. I plant in common sense areas and always go back and look after my trees. I don't want to be a hassle to the council. I want them to join me in this movement. Don't plant under power lines, inline with manholes or sewers and always a good bit back from a road or path so falling fruit in the future won't cause a problem. 

Also always leave 5 metres between trees and other things like lamp posts. This will give the grass cutters plenty of room to move their machines around your trees.  


My mission is to get everyone into phantom planting fruit trees and raising community spirits. 

There is so much disturbing stuff going on out there in the world today. Much of it we can do nothing about apart from run around like a nervous wreck. 

Phantom planting fruit trees for nature and the community to enjoy is something positive we all can do.

Onlyfans definitely gets some attention!

 From I've been saying that I'm on Onlyfans I've a lost a few hundred followers on my main phantom planter Facebook page. And the posts on it have a attracted many negative comments from people who seemed to know alot about life story and phantom planting antics, these are people that have been reading all my previous posts in depth and have never commented once before as I do read nearly all the comments and show my gratitude and if its a negative comment I just give them a hug. But it just shows you how many people are reading your posts with venom, just waiting until you put a foot wrong then give off. Then they announce they're departure commenting "Unfollowed." Look guys I'm really not going to lose any sleep over it and its certainly not going to distract me from my mission and soul purpose. Buddha Beds!!!

 Good morning guys, most of you have probably seen my disheartened post the other day about me feeling a bit down on the financial side of things to do with the Phantom Planter. I've been trying for so long now to earn a decent living from it to help fuel my passion in what I'm doing. There's nothing more I'd love to be doing than going round phantom planting fruit trees and maintaining them, getting my free fruit tree map app all updated and promoting it also so everyone can have free fresh fruit. I also have plans for my Oak Grove museum and several other community and nature projects I had on my mind. But for the past while I've been spending hours every day doing all sorts of work to do with the phantom planter and It's always been in the back of my head at times, what am I doing??
