Back in Belfast now.
Thats me back in Belfast now after doing support driver for my mate and Buddha Brother Mark Oliver on his walk around the country for stroke awareness.
10 days I was away with him for all around the country watching him on his long walk alone to raise money for a stroke charity. Over 400 miles he will have walked at around 30 miles a day by the time he finishes today!
He will still be out walking right now in his last day to Stormont Parliament buildings where he is expected to arrive between 5-5.30pm today (Thursday June 26th).
Everyone is welcome to come along and walk the last mile up Stormont hill with him today.
I really dont know how he did it, truly inspirational what he is doing. I watched him for 10 days walk every mile of the country, approx 30 mile a day he walked nonstop.
Me and wee betty were glad to be apart of it, we got to see some special places around our wee country. The weather really played ball for us too. 2 of the hottest days of the year we got on our travels.
Even when I got my van stuck at the beach and had to get a tractor to pull me out was all part of the experience. 2 hours I had before the tide was coming in.
Here is Marks gofundme link below if you guys want to support him and read all about why he is doing it.
