We are what we think!
"We are what we think, all that we are arises from our thoughts, with our thoughts we make our world".
First line of the path of truth from the Buddha.
I got a message yesterday from a man who wants to remain anonymous saying that he had collected fruit from our Belvoir memorial orchard aka The Phantom Planters HQ and his 83 year old mum made up jams with it. He left back a box of the jam with a nice note at the seat in our orchard for anyone to help themselves.
How nice of you guys, thank you for this kind gesture.
Things like this have been happening now for years from I started phantom planting and trying to put out positive ripples with pure intentions.
Back when I first started I thought and visualised for this to happen, that one day people would come and make jams and tarts from my phantom planted trees and share them with the community.
Its been happening every year now for the past 4 years or so. You just never know where these positive ripples will spread.
When phantom planting fruit trees for the community and nature its a growing positive ripple that just keeps magnifying as the years go by.
Honestly guys my dreams and visions are manifesting daily in my life.
Another thing I've always said from I started phantom planting on council green spaces is that I'm not out to rub anyone up the wrong way. Every person is a potential phantom planter to me.
I'm out to convert and recruit everyone, even the council workers.
The other day I passed by 2 massive plum trees that I phantom planted about 8 years ago and there was the council worker who had just finished cutting the grass around them.
I got out to look at the trees and he had cut perfectly around them and I went up to thank him for looking after the trees.
He couldn't believe it was me and said he loves them trees and has enjoyed watching them grow for many years now.
I remember the day I setup The Phantom Planter I went and planted a Juniper tree with a Tibetan Lama/Monk and asked for his blessings.
After I went into the Buddha shrine room at Jampa Ling monastery, got down and said a prayer. I didn't really know what to say to be honest but this is what came out.
"May the phantom planters ripple of love create a butterfly effect to become the virus of compassion".
After I said this I sat visualising in a meditative state all things like what has just happened this week and much more.
Its all true what the Buddha says, we do become our thoughts, for most of my life all I thought of was money, money and more money. And I got loads of it, more than most. But what they dont tell you is what comes with just wanting money for just money. Money is a form of accountancy, it accounts for destruction of nature. Something from nature has been mined or tore apart and a piece of paper or a digit has been created to account for this mayhem. Unless your going to do anything really good for the benefit of the community and nature with large amounts of money your going to become polluted.
Speaking from experience.
Anyhow guys, get planting and chanting.
Peace and love
The Phantom Planter
