My body mind and soul was destroyed after a lifetime ducking and diving in the underworld. When your up to your neck working moves looking over your shoulder all the time, the last thing on your mind is health and wellbeing. 


For the past 10 years I've been learning so much about me and how to fix the damage thats been done. 


My back was always wrecked from an early age offloading lorries of dodgy goods for my delboy dad. He never gave me any proper lifting instructions when the shipments of cigs were coming in from Andorra. All he was saying was "Fer F**ksake son get them cars filled before the police come"... Soon as the shipments came in it was all fast and stressed getting everyone loaded up. 


I was born into madness with my delboy dad. All go go go it was working moves wheeling and dealing 24/7!


Tell you one muscle groups that was always exercised with my dad though, was my hands, counting all his money had my hands burning. My thumb muscles were always like a brick. Thats were it gets you counting cash all the time, right in the lower thumb muscles. 

My back though was always messed up from a very early age. Its all good now after years of learning about me. 

 

And you never know you might just attain enlightenment hanging upside down like the Norse God Odin. Although he hung for 9 days!
