RIP Mark Letson
Just buried one of my best mates brother yesterday Mark Letson.
Mark who was also a good friend of mine had been battling with a brain tumor for many years.
It was only about 6 months ago I had got him out to phantom plant an apple tree right outside his flat in memory of Marks dad Ken Letson.
Mark at the time had lost his sight due to the growth of the tumor, but he managed to plant the apple tree no problem in memory of his dad with some guidance.
It has been so sad for the family to watch him go down hill over the past few years.
Mark was only 49 and I had known him most of my life. He was also there for me at a very low time when I was homeless and got offered a run down old protacabin to stay in temporarily.
Mark helped me pick the carpet and paint the inside with me.
I was only meant to stay in this cabin for a short time till I found somewhere decent.
Turns out I stayed here for around 8 years.
Back then when I first moved into the cabin I had only discovered Buddhism and had been learning the ways.
They have a practice called Karma Yoga were you do something selfless without seeking anything back in return.
I knew this lady at the time who fostered rescue dogs and offered to walk the dogs for her.
Mark was the one that came with me on the few occasions that I did walk the dogs.
I always remember Mark saying, all dogs need is to feel your love and they'll be ok with you.
I wasn't that good back then at dealing with crazy dogs as I was still battling addictions and was going through one of the toughest times of my life also.
Mark was there with me in possibly my first ever karma yoga practice.
Fast forward all these years and looking back now karma yoga does work. For all them years I then carried on making phantom planting apple trees around the community my karma yoga practice.
The karma yoga practice is meant to purify oneself. Compared to back then I couldn't be purer these days. I really was at the bottom of the dark abyss.
There's definitely something magical in the Buddhas ways.
RIP Mark Letson, we'll be phantom planting a tree in memory of you soon.
It scares me the amount of people coming down with brain tumors these days. Society is so riddled with toxicity.
I'm always drawn to nature, getting barefoot on the natural earth around the trees and in the rivers of the mountain waters.
Leave the phones behind and connect to mother nature. I believe its the only way to detox from the BS of society.
If we dont all start to do more things like this its only going to get worse.
We are running around concrete jungles riddled with chemicals and radioactive signals, doom scrolling on these mind bending social media sites, filling our bodies and minds with toxic BS.
Then when we get sick and see the doctor they're giving us even more chemicals.
I always say if you try to give your dog all the chemical drinks we get sold you'd get locked up.
But here!!! Fill them dumb humans up with it all and charge them a fortune for it too.
Sometimes I cant help but think there is some group of dark demonic people sitting somewhere laughing at us about what they have us doing and what they're going to have us do next.
We are working our lives away to pay for all these poisons also.
As I've been saying for the past few days, I'm not interacting anymore on here. I will come on in the morning, write my posts and not come on this piece of s**t again. These social media sites are manufactured to keep us stuck in these toxic ways, Mentally and physically!
We are just an industry to the few. Even our sickness if an industry.
Look after your own bubble, dig where you stand. Be the positive one for your own surroundings. Its the only way!
I challenge you to phantom plant a tree
Peace and love
The Phantom Planter
