Some days you just need some yoga.
We get all wrapped up in that impermanent world out there, it can steal our peace of mind. Bit crazy to think that our mind belongs to us but we are not in control of it.
That's real practice. Controlling the mind.
Our thoughts are literally creating our pleasures and pains, happiness and suffering.
