We all need a good stretch

 The older we get the more we need to stretch. Its not just about going to a class 3 times a week. Its everyday as much as you can. 

Just like cats and dogs. 


I follow many older fitness people, many in their 70s and thats always the advice. Stretch, stretch and more stretching. 


We all need a good stretch. Society has slowed us down too much we are becoming stagnant. Humans have always been the unlimited runner, mover and climber. The landrover of the world that can eat all sorts for fuel. 


Putting kids in a chair from a young age feeding them regurgitated BS for years has to be one of the cruelest things we can do to our children. 

Then when they step out of line they give them some label like there's something wrong with them. 

We have been running continents for hundreds of thousands of years. 

We aren't made to be kept in a chair. 


I challenge you to phantom plant a tree
