Keep you glass half full

 Dont be limited by your own thoughts.

Every time I mention in my posts about we should all grow our own foods and barter, you always get the comments saying, well what about people living in a block of flats with no balcony.

You know something I've noticed over my life is positive mindsets CREATE and make things happen!

Every entrepreneur I know always has their glass half full and against all the odds makes things happen. 

For me I believe its the energy of enthusiasm. When we are enthused about something walls comes down and opportunities arise. We also cant expect to make things happen while our minds are elsewhere. I've seen many people whos businesses fail over the years and they're thoughts and energy are not into it. They set up a business and spend more time talking about football or music and wonder why the business fails. Anyone that makes anything of their life eats, sleeps and s**ts their idea. 

I didnt go bankrupt years ago due to poor business acumen. All my businesses were thriving. I was at the peak of my riches. I just got caught up with the wrong type of underworld characters and my life was in danger and had to leave the country. I was forced to shut all my businesses which totally f**ked me. 

But looking back now it was the biggest blessing in disguise. If I was still in that old way of life I would be dead now with such an unhealthy lifestyle I had or I would be a walking coffin dodger right now.

Anyhow, back to living in a flat and thinking I cant do anything. 

For many years I had a wheatgrass and microgreens business. After I was bankrupt and lost everything around 12 years ago I moved back into the bedroom I was born in broke and penniless.

I wanted to start a business that would be healthy for me and make me money. So I started to learn about hydroponics and vertical growing using low wattage LED lighting.

I told a good friend of mine what I was planning and he said I can use his spare bedroom to experiment with my idea.

For a couple of years I mastered the art of growing wheatgrass hydroponically. I got a masticated juicer and ice cube bags, froze the juice into ice cubes and sold them. It takes 14 days to grow wheatgrass, and on one small bedroom wall you can produce easily 500 shots of wheatgrass juice every 2 weeks. At one pound a shot thats not bad going for such a small space in a bedroom.

And as far as bartering goes, I would happily swap loads of my apples for a daily shot of this nutrient rich juice.

I grew up with wheeler dealers all my life, my dad was one of the most famous of his time around Belfast for selling dodgy goods. I have watched people all my life make it. Make it from nothing!!

People used to call to my dads house with black bags to buy stuff and sell round the doors on foot as they couldn't afford a car. Today many of these people are close to being millionaires if they are not already.

You know in life once you carry the seed of doubt in your mind, your beat. 

Was talking to a millionaire the other day who I've known a long time and he was saying just that. Once you see negatives its never working he said.

I have always lived with the thought that I will always look up too and follow the advice from people I aspire to be like. When I was younger and people used to get jealous of rich people, I was always the person who wanted to learn from them, I looked up to them.

Today I aspire to be like The Buddha, I try my best to follow the habits and traits from people who I want to be like. 

Anyhow guys, have another 6 apple trees to phantom plant here today around the estate. Some Braeburn and Discovery apple varieties getting phantom planted.

First tree I ever phantom planted around 10/11 years ago now was a Discovery apple tree, grows so good here and a very reliable annual cropper.

My mission these days is clearing up soul and nature debt. Its more about Karmic offsetting for me today.

Time to level up!
