My weekly pilgrimage
Still every week I go to collect my well water coming straight out of Slieve Croob which is the source of the River Lagan, the main river that runs through Belfast.
Its a bit of a pilgrimage for me now walking to the top of Slieve Croob and then down to get my water.
Doing things like this keeps me in a faith based mindset. The Buddhas say its important to keep the mind in a state of faith as it raises the vibration of our consciousness. And if one dies in this state of consciousness they are sure to be reborn in the Heavenly realms.
All these things have really contributed to a better existence for me, my health and wellbeing has never been better, touch wood!
"Father of creation, mother of nature I'm truly grateful for the body you have given me, may I respect it, nourish it and always look after it, so I can be the best I can be and benefit this world and everything in it.."
I say these prayers of gratitude most days. I pray before my meals too and pray when I collect my water. I pray as much as I can.
Again it keeps my mind in a faith state.
I'm 45 now and live a very natural life and still my body is getting stronger and fitter. A really fit gym mate of mine said to me its not natural how you keep getting stronger at things. Many think I take TRT, the new trends around the gyms which is just steroids really. Big Pharma know the modern man is all w**ked out these days and cashing in big time. Time us men started practicing semen retention and then we wouldn't need all this chemical TRT!
I believe all these types of things like collecting my own well water, planting and chanting, eating good natural foods mixed in with fasting and doing yoga/ calisthenics is the key. I share everything I do on here with the intentions that it may help others. I was doing stuff in the gym yesterday that gymnasts do. I amaze myself at times.
Its all in the mind, what I see is a big problem in society these days is we are encouraged to look for what is wrong with us. We need to be encouraged more to know our self worth and believe in ourselves more. A positive mental attitude! It does work guys. its working for me.
One thing I noticed when younger and had drink and drug problems, when I went to the doctor I never seemed to get away from him. Kept having to go back. I said to him once, atleast with cocaine and speed I get to have a decent number 2. With your pills I've been constipated for weeks. I've a pill for that he said!!!
I didn't want anymore pills.
Its sad, we need to take our health and wellbeing into our own hands more. Theres too much profiteering going on these days in the health industry which is leading to so much delusion.
I challenge you to phantom plant a tree
Peace and love
The Phantom Planter
