Do nothing and nothing will be left undone

"Do nothing and nothing will be left undone.. Lao Tzu

This is probably one of my favourite quotes when it comes to confrontation with people. The more we try to get our own back the more madness and the mayhem just gets exaggerated.

I remember many years ago a guy owed me a few hundred pounds from a deal and my ego took this really bad. Every time I seen him it was full on fist fights. Then this one time I did something on him that could have ruined my life at the time. I was only about 19 years old back then, full of steroids pumping iron thinking I was Jonny Adair and no one was messing with me!!!

But I did things on this guy that should have got me sent to jail for a very long time. All for a what?? A few hundred quid!!!

It was only my ego being affected here, nothing else! And it was my fault for giving him the stuff on credit to pay me next week in the first place!

After this I learned some street wisdom that carried me through the underworld until I was about 33. If I was to give people on the street credit for dodgy goods and they didnt pay me it was my fault for being a bad judge of character.

I would also never be so stupid to give someone credit for more than half my wealth.. This is were many make mistakes in the underworld. They get credit for more then they're worth and give out credit for way more than they're worth and they can never cover the bills if something goes wrong.

Then you have the men in woolly masks after you.

Always pay your bills in the underworld. All you have is your name and reputation.

This was my motto for years. Dealing on the street was like going to the bookies for me. It was a gamble taking a chance with different customers, but over a few years of working this way you could siphon out all the crap and be left with all the good. And I never had the hassle of getting caught up in revenge chasing down debts. If someone didnt pay me I put it down to my fault, took it on the chin and quickly moved on to my next move. Many of them that didnt pay when I seen them in the street I would still be all chatty saying hope you buy your mum a big bunch of flowers on me!

I was not for getting caught up or being polluted by their negative energies. I choose to put my energy into making and building businesses.

You see it all the time people having disputes with each other, going to court and fighting over money. In many cases they're whole existence becomes consumed by this. Their minds poisoned and polluted.

Time always meant money for me all them years ago, rather than getting caught with scum I was onto my next money making move. You gotta weigh it up in life sometimes and understand when our egos are at play.

I think I was always a natural Buddha deep down some way which is why Buddhism resonates with me so much. And I was lucky to have my Delboy Dad as the best teacher also.

You see it on here every day, peoples minds being polluted by BS out of their control. Like I talk about eating meat and the militant vegans go mad hurling me abuse. They must spent their lives living in disturbance. If I was them I would personally be setting up pages to generate money to buy farm animals and create safe spaces for them to live. If I felt so strongly like some of them my house would be a sanctuary of rescued animals. All my energy would be going into constructive action to help.

Its like my phantom planting mission, very rarely you will ever see me do posts about the chopping down of trees or deforestation. My whole energy would be sucked down into a dark black hole getting caught up in others negativities and I would probably never get a tree planted in the ground!

I have spoken to many environmental activists who go and protest. So many have never planted a tree before. One came out phantom planting with me before and I could see I converted them.

You feel much better in life when we cultivate wholesome positive thoughts and actions.

In Buddhism if suffering lands at your feet its your duty to help. But You are not supposed to seek it out. Life is suffering in itself, its only a matter of time before we all have to endure suffering. Old age, sickness, loss and death are noble truths in Buddhism.

While times are good all effort must go towards constructive positive actions for the wellbeing of nature and the community.

I will live by this for the rest of my life.

I challenge you to phantom plant a tree

Peace and love
