The right diet for me.

Keep getting messages from vegans saying I should be vegan.

Vegans do know that in all plant based farm produced foods sentient beings are killed. Unless your foraging for your foods then thats ok.

But if your buying any type of plant based or processed foods from the shops animals and many other living creatures have been slaughtered to produce these.

There has been a never ending war against rabbits for years in all vegetable production. Famers have been poisoning, trapping and killing rabbits for years to keep the off their carrots and spuds.

In all wheat produce they spray the crops with zinc phosphide to poison mice and if this doesn't kill them I watched a video before of all the shredded mice left behind after the carbine harvester goes over the field.

For any farmed food to be produced nature is being slaughtered, ploughing the land for a start before planting rips into the earth killing worms and vital mycelium networks. After this they spray the land with glyphosate which then kills all known life thats left!

This whole way of life we abide by is built on the destruction and slaughter of nature. Look what they do when they built these processing factories to make all this manmade food.

The natural areas they destroy for the creation of these processing plants is insane.

Then when you look at how all farmland has come about, in most cases it was slash and burn forests to make way for new farmland.

I read another article about how they kill millions of bees every year after they did their job pollinating almond trees.

If your going to be a vegan happy days, but dont make others feel like they're doing something wrong for eating what they choose. Dont fall for the delusion guys.

I genuinely worry about vegans at times, I see many who are sick, weak and luthurgic.

Its only in the past 10 years or so that this way of life has exploded. Its all sales and marketing if you ask me. The whole thing is a money making racket. Most of the vegan diet is in the hands of corporate capitalists.

Here on the Emerald Isle I think the best thing we could eat is culled deer and squirrel. Deer populations in the UK and Ireland have exploded in recent years and the deer are damaging what trees and biodiversity we have left. They cull tens of thousands of deer every year in Ireland and the numbers are growing. Unless we put wolves back on the landscape this is something that will always have to be done.

I have ordered one culled deer to be butchered for myself. I will freeze all this and it will last me for months. I have been on a mission for years now to try and find the best ethical diet that sits right with me spiritually and whats right for nature. And by only taking one deer at a time from the wild I am only killing one sentient being. Eating a slice of bread there has probably been more sentient beings killed to be produced.

Taking one deer from the wild, no factory has been made, no farmland has been used and I'm helping save trees and biodiversity. Its also one of the healthiest meats we can eat. I have even been making tallow for my skin and its food for wee betty too. I pray before I eat it and pay my respects and gratitude for its life.

Nature has not been destroyed to sustain this diet either. Its actually helping nature as a whole eating this way. We are playing part of the natural food chain when eating culled animals. We are just playing the job of the wolf really. Also culled meats will be a higher concentration of nutrients compared to farmed foods as the diet of deer and squirrels is more naturel and diverse compared to farmed foods so we dont need to eat as much.

What I also like about eating these meats is the animal is living in the wild having a good life. I know exactly how my culled meats are killed and I can accept myself being killed in the same way as the deer. Its not a bad way to go being stalked and shot to the head. Better then being starved to death or being ate by wolves. I hope when I get older someone would pop me off with an bullet to head just walking down the street. Would save a lot of suffering!

I can see massive health problems for vegans in the future, just my opinion, but I believe here on these islands our DNA is accustomed to certain amino acids and many other vital fats and nutrients from eating the foods our ancestors have been eating for thousands of years.

When I hear all this stuff that meat, eggs, dairy and animal fats are bad for you, I'm like thinking, well if it wasnt for these foods our civilisation would be extinct in this part of the world. Cant see how its bad for you, we owe our existence to these types of foods!

I would also suggest that when vegans do get sick from too much manmade foods the same companies that own the foods are the same people who own big pharma. They are just waiting to sell you the drugs and supplements with what your missing from your diets.

In Buddhism they call this realm we live in The Slaughter House. There is no getting away for killing something to exist here on earth. Living symbiotically is much more important. Its give and take.

The Jane Monks probably do the best job of this though, they would be the only group of people that could really cast judgment on anyones diet, but they dont, they just carry on in their own spiritual journey.

This post is not a dig at vegans. I have many vegan friends and I genuinely worry for you guys, I know your doing it with the best of intentions but just be careful.

Please keep comments civilized. This post is not meant to divide. Its good to share different opinions. I have been vegan before, I know what diet if best for me though.

I hated running around farting all the time though and my bowels just never worked right. It just wasn't for me guys. I'm very in tune with the workings of my body. I'm doing what feels right for me.

Dont forget either, if you've read this far, I challenge you to phantom plant a tree!

Peace and love
