Update from authorities

 Did a post there the other day about the NIEA (Northern Ireland Environment Agency) getting in touch with me saying that many of my trees are in their area and that they will need to be removed. They also threatened me with the police if I didnt stop planting.


Turns out my free food map created a rod for my own back. The NIEA used my own map to go round and inspect all my trees. They have pointed out that hundreds of them are in an ASSI (Area of special scientific interest).

What I did find odd though is the majority of our phantom planted trees are on old overgrown football pitches.

I rang the officer in charge of this to say to him how can football pitches become an ASSI. He had no idea the area used to be football pitches.


I explained to him that most of our fruit trees are memorial trees, with many having loved ones ashes planted in with the tree. We must have around 300 families memorial trees phantom planted in this area, with so many of the families regularly visiting them as a place of reflection.


I also explained to him one of the reasons why I do what I do, that I had a tree planting charity before and the hoops and legal jargon I had to jump through just to plant trees stole any type of positive motivations I had. It put me off big time! Hence why I went Phantom!


We have made arrangements for the officers to come out and meet me at the phantom planters HQ. I am optimistic and positive that everything will be ok and maybe all this will work out for the better of nature and community. I'm not out to rub anyone up the wrong way in my tree planting. I'm out to infiltrate, recruit and convert everyone to plant food trees for the community. 

I will be asking the NIEA to designate us some land for planting. They have land all over the country. Maybe this will be the best thing ever.


I may have planted my trees without permission just like the squirrels and jays do. But removing a food growing tree that feeds the public is a breach of Brehon law, which I have the backing and support from some of the top Brehon Law academics should I need to defend this in court. But as I say I am hopeful we can reach an agreement.


Quite ironic that my dad was a dodgy Loyalist and I'm defending Brehon Law. I love the history of ancient Ireland though. All of us on these islands are the same people. The Ulster Scots descended from the ancient Gaelic tribe of Dalriada, a people who have always lived between Northern Ireland and Scotland for some two thousand years. We all have a right to this land. Christianity came here and messed us all up. All part of the plan though as I believe it was the Emerald Isle which was Atlantis at one time. One of the most advanced civilisations ever was born here.

  A bit about me and how I became the phantom planter. I grew up in a Loyalist housing estate in Belfast, my father a Protestant and my mother was a Catholic from Ardyone, that had big complications here in Northern Ireland but I always knew I was a mongrel, a bit different! Onlyfans definitely gets some attention!

 From I've been saying that I'm on Onlyfans I've a lost a few hundred followers on my main phantom planter Facebook page. And the posts on it have a attracted many negative comments from people who seemed to know alot about life story and phantom planting antics, these are people that have been reading all my previous posts in depth and have never commented once before as I do read nearly all the comments and show my gratitude and if its a negative comment I just give them a hug. But it just shows you how many people are reading your posts with venom, just waiting until you put a foot wrong then give off. Then they announce they're departure commenting "Unfollowed." Look guys I'm really not going to lose any sleep over it and its certainly not going to distract me from my mission and soul purpose.
