Peace is an inside job

Came up to stay in the North Coast here and stopped off to check on this phantom planted apple tree that was planted last year. Check out how well this is doing!!!

I love going around checking out all my phantom planted trees. For the rest of my life this is something I'm always going to be doing. Watching my environmental graffiti thrive and grow bigger as the years go by.

You don't know what your missing guys. All the toys and tinsel of the monopoly board thats cunningly sold to us. All of it if left rots and ruins. They are balls and chains for our souls.

Phantom plant trees and leave them alone. In the years and generations ahead these trees become natures palaces. Its a great buzz when you come back and see a tree thats grew twice the size of you. Even better when phantom planted. Postive rascality at its finest.

We are our own worst enemies. Getting our minds entangled in mayhem continously. The world has always been mad. When has it never been mad?  Instead of getting caught up in divisiveness we need to make friends with the people around us. Never mind whats going on in other parts of the world. Lets make friends with our neighbours here. All effort should go towards creating harmony on our own doorsteps. Planting fruit trees for the community is a great connecting and positive contribution that we can all do.

Anyhow, I'm writing this right by the sea having my coffee and about to do some meditation on the beach.

You know the Buddha didn't attain enlightenment in a monestary or by taking mind altering substances. He didn't practice any extreme forms of breath work, jumping into ice water or seeing how long he can hold his breath for. He found it with the most simple calming breathing meditation watching the mind in nature under a tree chilled. He called it the middle path. Seems so easy but with the out of control monkey mindsets of today its probably the hardest. Our egoes hate it and always like to show off. Nothing to show off and brag about sitting chilled under a tree. The Buddha taught from the forest. Just like the Druids did here.

Have a good day guys.

I challenge you to phantom plant a tree

Peace and love
