Live spiritually

 "Let The dead bury the dead"...

JC said those caught up in worldly affairs are spiritually dead. 

Leave them all to it and concentrate on your own spiritual path. 

The Buddha left the Eightfold path which is a step by step guide on how to attain spiritual enlightenment. 

Keep your karma right and you can dodge a lot of suffering in life.

What ever suffering befalls on an individual is a result of his or her karma is what the Buddhas say. 

Dont let the fear of what could happen make nothing happen. Progress spiritually today! 

JC said we are all here through Sin. I believe this. The Buddha also said its our own karma has us here. Sin and Karma to me are the same thing. 

Do we really think we are going to purify ourselves while being filled with hate and divisiveness? 

This realm we live in is called the slaughter house in Buddhism. This is where karmic debts are settled. We will never be able to change this realm. Its just how it is, under the control of Mara/Lucifer. We either keep ourselves stuck here in a never ending cycle of misery.  

Or we can aim for the higher realms. Its only in this realm though that huge amounts of spiritual merit can be attained so easily if we live in love and generosity. 

Funny how after JC spent 40 nights on the mountain Satan came to him and said bow before me and the world will be yours. Did Satan have the world to offer?

Then when the Buddha sat under the Bodhi tree for 49 days Mara/Satan came to him and tried to tempt him with all the same things as he did with JC. 

Connection? 

We either keep letting ourselves get infected by the madness of the world or we can try our best to live like The Buddha and JC. 

And what a world this would be if we all did that. 

This life is a prison, a slow disease that is going to take us all. Old age, sickness and death is coming to us all. Its only a matter of time. Choose wisely how you spend your time here. Its only in this realm where Nirvana is attainable. Make the most of this precious human life.

A good deed we can all do is plant some trees. We have wiped out all the worlds forests. The Buddha was a forest monk. He taught from the forest. Shaolin means "Little forest".. 

One of the best spiritual practices I believe we can all do is plant some trees.

I bet if the Buddha was here today he'd be a Phantom Planter!
