 Couple of photos from over the years. Ballybeen estate East Belfast with this young girl superstar and Belvoir estate South Belfast. This apple tree never ceases to produce in abundance. 


For over 10 years now I've been phantom planting fruit trees around housing estates. Providing free food for the community and connecting people to nature. The majority of the people love this and want to see more of it. 


Over 200 apple trees I've had cut down just recently. As most of you know I've been building a free food map. Near 700 trees I had mapped here which I was building into a free food map so everyone can get free fruit. The map has been a rod for my own back. The authorities have used this map to track my trees and cut many of them down. 

I will not be updating this map anymore guys unless on land thats not council owned. 


It won't be stopping me phantom planting on council land. I just won't be publishing the locations. 


Keep an eye out for more environmental graffiti from the phantom planter on a street near you. 


200 more apple trees I have ready for phantom planting this winter. 


You gotta laugh though at some of the critics from the recent massacre of our orchard. Saying its an area of special scientific interest. This orchard was planted on an overgrown football pitch. Would love to know how this could be and area of special interest. And another thing, what's the difference in me planting an apple tree than a squirrel or Jay planting an acorn? 

These ASSI areas are only special until the price is right. So many special areas have been sold for developments. 


Any land thats left untouched will naturally revert back into a forest. Nature does not ask permission to sow a seed and neither should you. All I'm trying to do is create free food forests. A tree is a tree at the end of the day.

 My new home is getting delivered today! Can't believe it!  Thank you to everyone thats helped me buy this. It's been a long time coming for me.  My girlfriend thinks I've been living in penance for the past 7 years.
