Cant beat fresh fruit from tree!

Even wee Betty loves the blackberries!

Yesterday I was wandering through the phantom planters HQ with the sun shinning picking and eating plums, apples and blackberries, you can beat fresh fruit straight from the tree and it doesn't come much fresher either!

No packaging, no food miles, no chemicals or pesticides and this stuff grows right on our doorstep and as Ron Finley says 'growing your own food is like printing your own money'.... how very true is this!

With rising food costs mother natures vending machines still spit us it all out for free if we just plant the seeds!

Growing our own food is the best and most rewarding thing we can all do for the planet also and its whats best for us too as good natural organic food in our diets is what we are all missing big time!

We have become so disconnected to what real food is these days especially here in the UK and Ireland, its all gone a bit 3D printed like for me, is it even real food out there?

We have that many different varieties of apples at the orchard, ones that are ripe from early August and right up until October so every day until October I will be picking and eating a fresh apple from a tree.

I'm going to keep phantom planting a mix of variety apple trees all around the estate until its full, tagging all the trees when they're ready to pick so that for nearly 3 months of the year everyone can pick a fresh apple from a tree.

Hoping one day to have all the trees on a map too so people can search whats ripe and ready near them...

"Spent way too much on self gratification

Nearly ended in my own eradication

Time to give back what we've all taken

Or our future generations will be left forsaken

Now that the spirit me has awakened

Planting trees is my soul purification".
